Mission Statement

About Us;

     Deborah E. Brussolo, President and creative director of Dab-A-Dew Corporation, developed Fishing Away with Erik all Day, the first product from Dab-A-Dew.
     Shortly after graduating from high school, Deborah entered the DeVry Institute, where she earned her Associate degree in Electronic Engineering. Deborah spent the next several years working as an electronics technician. Deborah eventually began to work for General Electric as a CT scanner service engineer. After several years with General Electric, Deborah left to work for TRW Medical Electronics as a Medical Imaging Service Engineer. It was at TRW that she and Allan met and formed a relationship.
     In late 1990, Deborah became very sick and was essentially bedridden. It was not until quite some time later that her condition was diagnosed as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Deborah explored several therapies and treatments over the next several years.
     It was during the summer of 1994 that Deborah first conceived of the "Fishing Away" project as she watched people fishing on the shore of Ocean City, NJ.
     Deborah was able to recapture her energy, and has recovered to the point where she is able to devote her full-time attention to the Dab-A-Dew projects and business development. She came out of her sickness with a new found creativity and has used this talent to develop Dab-A-Dew 's offerings.
     Deborah worked on the game concept for 4 years, changing the look and focus several times. Eventually, she decided on the current look and format and in 1998, Dab-A-Dew printed 1000 copies of "Fishing Away with Erik All Day".
     Since that time, Deborah has driven the creation of all the current projects and continues to be the creative force behind the team. Dab-A-Dew’s first game has now become three different versions and now has a book with an audio CD, puzzles and finger puppets to go with it. Dab-A-Dew has other projects in various stages of development. The next project will be a game series and book based on a camping adventure.
     Deborah’s ultimate goal is to start a home or ranch where disadvantaged children can come and live and learn in a safe environment.
